Higher resistance ab fitness program consist of hanging leg raises or knee raises. Many people can do a lot of crunches but very few reps of these higher resistance exercises. These exercises work the abs more giving you greater results as well as burning more calorie during the process.

If you want rock hard, six-pack abs, remember to focus on higher resistance workout programs. The second and most important part is you have to lose the extra belly fat if you want your abdominals exposed!
