When Amway Global was first started back in 1959, the founders never envisioned that in the 21st century it would be one of the largest private companies in the entire world. Yet over 50 years later, through thick and thin, their products are highly regarded and considered to be serious competitors against more famous global brands in every industry from beauty products to household cleaners… So, where is this Amway Global Business scam?

No one has ever voiced a serious issue with Amway Global’s products. Their original problem to contend with was that many newcomers to the organization, the new recruits, were brought to rallies and meetings where the older members who had made thousands or millions selling Amway Global products seemed to do nothing more but get up on stage and sing the praises of Jesus.

Since not all new sales reps had any intention of praising Jesus or anyone other than themselves, for whatever success they may see, Amway Global quickly became regarded as a sort of religious cult that sells soap products. It managed to turn off a lot of new recruits, and decreased in popularity.

Amway Global’s popularity seemed to change weekly. But even with some bad press, no one was ever able to come up with anything that could be considered negative when it came to the products! They were and are superb; some of the best quality any company can offer.

To become a salesperson with Amway Global, one needs to just purchase a starter kit which consists mainly of paperwork and small samples of their popular products likes SA8 and LOC, their all around household cleaner. Then, you’re pretty much on your own.

New sales reps are at the mercy of their uplines. There seems to be little cohesion when it comes to how to train new people in order to succeed. Uplines might have “meetings” but they are nothing more than get togethers to meet other new people. There is no formal structured training program to train anyone.

One of Amway Global’s original issues was that they touted “Amway Global can help you drive a Cadillac” and at each get together, there was always a place for the Cadillacs to park, and then all other cars would be put to the side. When BMW and Mercedes owners began complaining about being treated poorly, this practice was abandoned.
